Here’s what you do…go to any K Mart and purchase $50.00 worth of menswear in a one time purchase from 6/7/09 through 6/21/09. You will be given a code on the receipt. Log onto TRANSFORM YOUR DAD and enter your code. You will then be sent a card which will be worth $14.00 to see
