Ecological~Economical~BioWashBall~ WOW!

Published by momma at 4:07 pm under Exciting & New Edit This

You all know that I love the environment and want to make this world a better place.  I have to say that I was so impressed by this product that I felt it was important to bring it to your attention. For a two minute demonstration view the following YouTube video:

I have a family of 7 living here. I do quite a bit of laundry per week. Every time I do the laundry, I think of this commercial I saw years ago about not dumping car oils and chemicals into the sewers because it runs into streams and the ocean, destroying the waters and well…I think the Indian was even crying. Or maybe that was the American Cancer Society commercial with the Indian??? I was a kid I can’t remember clearly, but I remember seeing the commercial and it made an impact on me since then.  It was something that always stuck in my mind,  The same goes for detergents and I always think that since I have centralized water, where is the waste going???? God said this is His world and we shouldn’t litter on it. If I ever see the kids just throwing papers or anything on the ground, no matter where we are I always make them pick it up!

So this is Save Money Momma, right? Besides the fact that the BioWashBall is ECOLOGICALLY sound, I have found a way to actually save money on my laundry supplies.

I would buy a 48 oz container of detergent on sale per week, maybe Sun or Extra. As much as I love Tide and Gain, they are just too expensive for me to purchase every week.  So the generic brands will cost maybe $5.99 per week.  I will purchase the Gain fabric softner if I have a few extra dollars in the budget and that will cost $3.99 per week. If not, I purchase Final Touch which is usually $2.99.  Dryer sheets cost about $2.00 every two weeks or so.  This product is $34.95 plus shipping.

This is the BEFORE. Hubby used my WHITE towel to clean grease and dirt off of his car.dsc02999.JPG
