After much consideration, after the performed at home tests, and photo finish…

You be the judge.

Did the BioWashBall do what its creators claim it can do? If you all read the previous post and saw the pictures of the before, then here is the after:   dsc03001.JPG

This is the product for you if you purchase organic cleaning supplies, If your body and respiratory system cannot tolerate hard bleach smells, if your skin is sensitive, if you purchase products with GREENLIST ingreedients!

Q: WHY USE BioWashBall?

A: BioWashBall is better than detergents because of the following factors:

It is easy to use. It is placed in the washer with the clothes you would clean everyday. There is nothing special you need to do, just drop it in the washing machine like you would on any normal laundry washing day.

It is Economical. It can be used for up to 3, that’s THREE years. You don’t have to purchse seperate liquid or powder detergents and fabric softners because BioWashBall eliminates the need for these type of products, on the basis of one 9 lbs of laundy load per day. If you have to do more than 9 lbs, then utilize two BioWashBalls in each load.

It is Ecological: BioWashBall is the newest and most efficient way to keep your clothes clean without distrubing the environment. It does NOT contain harsh chemicals which prevents it from poluting the water supplies. The risks of allergic reactions caused by detergent residues on clothing or linen are eradicated. It also safeguards your linen from bleaching and oxidation associated with the use of chlorine diluted water. The same for colors, no fading! there are many special detergents out there which claim to stop fading or colors even after 30 washes, but how much do you pay for a product like that?

Q: WHAT IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

A: You probably have to purchase a scent “free”detergent which is void of certain chemicals to eliminate these allergies. The cost for these products are usually higher than a normal product without limitations. BioWashBall does not contain detergents, it is an innovative technology meant to replace ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZZARDOUS WASHING MATERIALS while saving money. It is uniquely composed of NATURAL CERAMICS CONTAINED IN A PLASTIC NON-TOXIC SPHERE. BioWashBall reduces the risks of allergic reactions you may get when using powder or liquid detergents, such as psoriasis and eczema. BioWashBall serves as an antibacterial cleanser which elimates germs and pathogens.

Q: HOW DOES IT WORK?

A: BioWashBall emits negative Ions, which naturally weaken the adherence of dirt on fabrics so they can be easily removed without the use of detergent. BioWashBall has a pH of about 10, which is equivalent to that of of an ordinary chemical detergent. BioWashBall treats grease, organic and chemical stains efficiently. BioWashBall also emits powerful remote infared rays which break the hydrogen molecules of water to increase molecular movement. This gives water a high penetration capacity and improves its washing properties. dsc03002.JPG

BIOWASHBALL REDUCES ALLERGENS, ELIMINATES GERMS, SAVES MONEY AND DOES NOT POLUTE THE ENVIRONMENT!

What I experienced:

The clothes smelled clean and fresh. They were clean. The clothes were soft when taken out of the drier and still had a fresh smell to them. The “test” towel did not have any grease or dirt stains on it and when I folded it, it felt soft, smelled freshly washed and was fluffy.  All in all, I believe that this is an environmentally sound product, will save me at least $50.00 per month on what I would have paid for washing supplies.  I will not have to lug the heavy laundry detergent containers from the van into the house and I will be sparing space in landfills because I won’t have any empty containers to throw away!

If I should find any free samples on this, I will post it immediately.  If you want to purchase the BioWashBall based on this experience, then click here or the link on the sidebar in the blogroll.

Yes i do use it. These are actual photos i took in my laundry room of utilizing the BioWashBall. I take trying to improve the environment very seriously, I also am a mom of 5 who washes about 6 to 8 loads of laundry per week. The cost of the laundry detergent/fabric softner and dryer sheets cost me on average $50.00 per month. With the BioWashBall, I have cut detergent costs, still have an amazingly clean loads of laundry, have cut back on the water bill, I can pretreat If i need to with a shout stain remover if the kids get some really ground in dirt or stains, but not because I have to, because I want to for the extra cleanliness, (old habits are hard to break).
I consider myself to be a very honest person. I wouldn’t want to feel like I was taken advantage of, therefore I would never recommend a product to ANYONE if I felt it was a rip off. Considering the savings, the eco-friendly product that it is, and for the simple fact that I don’t have to buy any of the laundry products for three years equalls a great contribution to the environment and a savings of approximately $600.00 per year. To me, it was worth the $35.00 investment. I am hoping others will think so too.
Thanks so much for your question! I hope both posts were informative for you!

I wish I had this product back in September. My hubby was laid off and money was so tight I was washing the laundry using little convienence sized bars of Bouquet soap, no fabric softner and reusing dryer sheets so at least we weren’t all staticy. I’m not even joking, things were that bad, but we needed the clean clothes. I wish I had it then, and I am grateful I have it now.

What a lovely idea, i am always sceptical if it would work or not, but now i have no doubt. I have bought a generic detergent to save money, but that no doubt will save me more.

To be honest I didnt know Al2O3/SiO2 had such magical properties - infrared emission, pH change (10), splitting hydrogen ions from a water molecule. I think one should be looking at all new applications, environmental remediation, hydrogen generation and the like….

I thought I would check out the pH claim, whoops the pH stayed the same as the background water. Even if one had a material that could alter the pH to i.e the presence of Ca(OH)2, NaOH, the material wouldn’t last for three years.

I really cant believe people can make such unsubstantiated claims.
