Being Brave, ~YOU are a Hero!~
The holidays come in all shapes and sizes, just as brave people do. It takes courage to handle the holidays! For some families, the holidays ar enot always about happiness and giving and just spending time with hamily and friends. It can be a financially draining, emotionally tormenting time.
With only 20 days left to Christmas, it’s time to recognize how brave you really are! It’s not easy to follow recipes, make the ginger bread houses just right, not get the tape all stuck together when you’re trying to wrap packages, or hit the right note when singing carols. So today. remind yourself, your kids, your spouse, family and friends that you can :
“Be brave wherever you go because God is with you! with God, I am always ready to do something important or helpful. Maybe I will answer a difficult question in front of my class, (or boss), help a friend on the playground, (in work), or help take care of a younger brother or sister, (family member, friend).

MAKE A HERO BADGE!
you will need the basics…paper, scissors, glue, tape, a safety pin, crayons/markers, ribbon.
Cut a circle out of construction paper, any color you want, and write your name in the center. Glue the ends of the two ribbons to the back and allow to dry. Then use a piece of tape or the safety pin and attach to your shirt. Instant HERO!
